FedEx Express Saver is available for a flat rate of $35.
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. Likewise, we do not accept refunds for BlackHeart purchases bought in-store. Your refund will come from the store you purchased a BlackHeart product from.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
